USAV rules have signal 10 "Line Fault" "Point to line with open hand."
This is used by the R1 for service line faults.  

The USAV rules, IMHO, could do a much better job correlating faults to
signals for new officials.  As the rulebook stands now, you have a
wonderfully detailed text of the rules and faults, howver the referee
signal diagrams are more or less tacked on to the end of the book.
The rules text never refers to them.

Most signal/fault correlations are obvious, but there are quite a few
which aren't so obvious on the first reading.
