Plus ca change, plus c'est la meme chose.Every year as the sport of volleyball evolves, so do its rules. Love it or hate it, rule changes have been part of the sport for a long time. The good news is that this year, we see more and more convergence among the major rulesets used in the USA.Or, as the Presocratic Greek philosopher Heraclitus said, You cannot step twice into the same river.
