Volleyball Players and Friends,

As I was playing volleyball on Sunday at North Ave Beach like most of
you, I couldn't believe the amount of nets and people. I would speculate
at least 100 portable courts and 6000 players/friends/ spectators. Also
the old boathouse is gone and new one is almost ready. The new
volleyball venue is great for the sport and I hope you can make it to
one of the events.

As a director of beach volleyball, I have enclosed a list of tournaments
in Chicago for  you to participate in or just come out  for a day at the
beach. Tournament entry fees are still only $25 per player and priority
seating is only $30 (you get to take home the chair). To register call
312-266-8580 or  go to  www.aceitup.com . 1999 prizes and permits are
brought to by Amstel Light, Sports Authority, Evian, Fox Sports Net, Air
Jamaica, Speedo, The Loop 97.9, Wilson Team Sports, Jewel Osco, Joes
Sports Bar, Kendalls on Lincoln and ACEITUP.COM. Remember if you want to
win AIR JAMAICA Tickets you must play in a co-ed 4's events on June 19,
July 17 or August 14.
