WHEN:	Sunday - May 16, 1999 
8:45 am captains meeting with play starting after

WHERE:	Palatine Community Center Sand Courts
250 E. Wood Street

FEE:	$40 per team, plus additional late fee of $10 
if roster is received after May 12.

REGISTRATION DUE DATE:		May 12, 1999

COMPETITION:	Pool Play - 2 games to 11 pts. 
Finals - Best 2 out of 3 games.

OFFICIALS: 	Pool play by pool members.
Playoffs will have a referee.

PRIZES:	Individual prizes awarded for 1st place teams.
